SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT – RENMA
Renma is a trusted manufacturer of high-quality, Australian-made blinds, screens, windows & security door solutions. Their extensive manufacturing facilities in Keilor Park allow them to reliably and consistently produce the best quality aluminum and glass fabrications.
Task
Digital X was assigned to manage Renma's website and social media accounts. Part of the project was to create image content of their products and video content from recent projects.
Digital X was appointed with the responsibility of managing and maintaining RENMA’s website in order to ensure its relevance and create up-to-date content. Social media management encompassed a range of tasks such as creating weekly content for the company’s different social media platforms as well as promoting engagement with the company’s audience.
The key responsibilities for management of the website included ensuring that new products were always advertised, showcasing the latest projects undertaken by RENMA and producing articles for the website’s SEO.
- Growing an audience proved challenging as the market does not have a specific target audience and may rely on existing groups to generate interest.

- To promote the growth of a target audience, the social media marketing campaign included tagging affiliated companies in posts and stories. This way, we were able to extend our reach through an overlap in potential audiences. Additionally creating giveaways and competitions to entice audiences was imperative to the success of this campaign.
- To establish the correct target audience, suitable content needed to be produced for the different platforms. Across all platforms, the ratios and formatting for the pictures and videos needed to be modified accordingly to properly showcase the products for this type of content creation. Ensuring that the content was adjusted on the various platforms to appeal to different groups (e.g. Instagram - engage with youth via stories whereas utilising a more business-oriented approach on LinkedIn) was essential to overcoming this issue.
- In order to showcase the quality of RENMA's products and services, DIGITAL X created a series of videos. Beginning with a Showroom Warehouse video, we were able to capture a range of products offered by the company as well as a behind-the-scenes look at the manufacturing procedure. Following this, we demonstrated the installation process by accompanying and videoing the workers at a number of onsite projects. Finally to provide a comprehensive overview, we created a 360 virtual tour which allowed the audience to view RENMA's showroom without having to be physically present.
