Task
Generate quality leads for multiple properties around Melbourne through marketing campaigns on Facebook
For both existing and off-the-plan properties, OGR delegated DIGITAL X the assignment of generating leads through Facebook and Instagram, to increase buyer interest.
This marketing strategy facilitated the growth of potential clients for OGR.
- DIGITAL X needed to establish a clear way to create quality leads and filter legitimate customer interest whilst reducing time-wasters.
- Targeting the correct demographics for the various locations of OGR's properties.
- Delivering the leads in a seamless manner from DIGITAL X to OGR.
To optimise the chances of high-quality leads, potential customers were required to answer more extensive questions about their financial circumstances. This helped our client to prioritise customers based on a thorough overview of their personal information.
Digital X utilised Facebook’s Ad Manager tool to target users based on age, location, behaviour and interests. Furthermore, to extend the campaign’s reach, the feature “lookalike audience” from Ad Manager created more groups of potential buyers with similar characteristics to the existing target audience.
Through the use of ZAPIER, the 3-step process which delivered leads to OGR was replaced with an automatic system that delivered every new lead instantaneously to OGR.
